We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and committed teacher to join our team from January 2027 to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Early Years and Key Stage 1, understands how young children learn and wants to be part of a school where relationships, creativity and high aspirations sit at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for a teacher who:
Has a genuine passion for teaching Reception and/or Key Stage 1 children and understands early childhood development.Creates engaging, purposeful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and build strong foundations.Understands the importance of play, continuous provision and outdoor learning where appropriate.Builds warm, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.Promotes positive behaviour through clear expectations, consistency and nurturing relationships.Is reflective, adaptable and committed to ensuring every child makes progress.Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a supportive school team.
