Essential Qualifications:
GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant Level 3 qualification in Education, Family Support, Youth Work, Community Engagement, Social Care or a related field.Degree qualification in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Community Development or a related discipline.Experience of working with parents, families or young people in an education or community setting.Experience of building positive partnerships with families and external agencies.Experience of delivering workshops, events or engagement initiatives.
