Are you passionate about helping girls develop confidence, resilience and a lifelong enjoyment of sport?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of PE (Girls' Sports Specialist) to join our team and inspire pupils to achieve their personal best, whether they are participating for enjoyment, improving their wellbeing or striving for sporting success.

At Temple Moor, we aim to develop a love and passion for sport that leads to lifelong participation and supports improved health and wellbeing. We believe PE offers far more than physical development. Through sport and physical activity, we strive to equip students with the leadership, teamwork, resilience and communication skills they need to succeed in the modern world, enabling them to become active, responsible citizens who make a positive contribution to their communities.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop girls' sport across our school, delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons that enable every pupil to feel valued, supported and successful. We are looking for a teacher who understands that pupils engage with sport in different ways and can create positive experiences that encourage participation, build confidence and remove barriers to engagement.

As a Girls' Sports Specialist, you will play a key role in leading and developing opportunities across a range of sports, supporting competitive fixtures, enriching our extra-curricular programme and helping to raise the profile of girls' sport within our school community. You will join a collaborative and supportive team that is committed to helping every pupil thrive, both in lessons and beyond the classroom.

The successful candidate will be passionate about PE and girls' sport, able to inspire pupils of all abilities, and committed to creating engaging, inclusive and accessible learning experiences where every pupil can succeed. They will build positive relationships, promote confidence, teamwork and resilience, and contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, fixtures and sporting events.
