About this role
Is able to support students with behavioural, attendance, wellbeing or safeguarding needs, using a calm, consistent and professional approach
Can communicate effectively with students, families, staff and external agencies, and maintain accurate records and confidentiality
Has GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above or equivalent) and experience of working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting
