About this role
Courtwood Primary School, part of The Collegiate Trust, is looking for a caring and energetic Lunchtime Supervisor to help make lunchtime a safe, happy and well-run part of our pupils’ day.
You’ll supervise children in the dining hall, support younger pupils with cutlery and cutting up food, and encourage good table manners. Outside, you’ll patrol the playground, organise games and activities, support our play leaders, and help children play co-operatively. You’ll also treat minor injuries, record incidents in the Accident Book, and make sure serious injuries are seen by a trained First Aider and reported to a member of the senior leadership team.
We’re looking for someone patient, calm under pressure and a good team player, ideally with experience of working with children. First Aid training is desirable, as is an interest in sports and outdoor activities. If you don’t match every criterion but think you’d be a great fit, we’d still love to hear from you.
