With a sound knowledge of how children learn (we embrace Rosenshine’s Principles as our underpinning pedagogy), the successful candidate will be able to show how they ensure every child reaches his / her potential, instilling a lifelong love of learning, the confidence to take risks and the resilience to tackle challenges, in preparation for the rapidly changing world ahead.
