About this role
To provide exceptional leadership of teaching, learning and curriculum development across Orchard Meadow Primary School initially and eventually a wider improvement focus. The post holder will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who models excellence and drives consistently high standards of teaching.
The role combines strategic leadership with practical school improvement work. The successful candidate will maintain a teaching commitment at Orchard Meadow whilst working across the school to develop teacher expertise, strengthen leadership capacity, share evidence-informed practice and secure exceptional pupil outcomes.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Strategic Teaching and Learning Lead will contribute significantly to school improvement planning, staff development and organisational leadership.
