The Role
You will:
Plan and deliver bespoke learning for individual pupils and small groups.Work closely with the Autism Provision team, SENDCo and class teachers.Develop personalised approaches that enable children to access learning successfully.Support pupils to develop independence, communication, social understanding and confidence.Monitor progress carefully and adapt provision to ensure the best possible outcomes.Create a calm, structured and supportive learning environment where children feel safe, valued and understood.
