What is Private Duty Nursing?
Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's) Private duty = one client for the whole shift Common diagnosis our RNs work with: TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
*RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home.
Qualifications for A Private Duty RN:
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing A minimum of 5 months of RN experience
Compensation:
Pay range: Up to $40.00 hourly based on experience and skills
Bonus Opportunity
Sign On Bonus Up To $5,000.00 STAT RN Critical Care Program - Earn up to $55.00/hr help bring home clients using your independent tracheostomy and ventilator experience with infant, pediatric, and adult clients in surrounding counties.
