What you’ll do
• Provide and oversee skilled nursing care for residents in post-acute and long-term care • Assess residents, carry out care plans, and administer medications and treatments • Coordinate with physicians, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team • Support and guide LPNs and CNAs on your shift • Communicate with residents and families about care and progress • Keep documentation accurate and timely in PointClickCare
What you’ll need
• An active Washington RN license in good standing • A commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care • Strong communication and teamwork skills • SNF or post-acute experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply
