About this role

Job Description:

We are Omnissa! Omnissa is the first AI-driven digital work platform, built to support flexible, secure, work-from anywhere experiences. We integrate industry-leading solutions —including Unified Endpoint Management, Windows Modern Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance— into a seamless, autonomous workspace that adapts to how people work. Our platform boosts employee engagement while optimizing IT operations, security, and cost. Guided by our Core Values—Act in Alignment, Build Trust, Foster Inclusiveness, Drive Efficiency, and Maximize Customer Value—we’re growing rapidly and committed to delivering meaningful impact. If you're passionate about shaping the future of work, we’d love to hear from you. What is the opportunity?

At Omnissa, we are committed to maintaining a fair, consistent, and secure hiring process for all candidates. As part of this approach, we use standard interview and verification practices designed to ensure alignment and protect both candidates and the organization. These practices are applied thoughtfully and with respect for candidate privacy. As a Professional Services Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and championing the adoption of solutions purchased by our most important and largest customers daily. You will gather and analyze customer requirements to create an architectural design consisting of compute infrastructure planning (private and public cloud), recommending and planning configurations, validating deployment, enhancing operations strategy, and increasing user adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, developing an intimate knowledge of their business and strategic goals and use your in-depth knowledge of the Omnissa Workspace ONE Platform to work with customers on building successful implementation and adoption roadmaps and driving the vision to completion. You will have opportunities to solve customers’ challenges and deliver secure digital workspaces with Omnissa Workspace ONE while being a part of a team of overachievers, highly successful individuals. Here is a breakdown:

• During your first month, you will work with a mentor and your peers to gain familiarity with our internal processes. In the context of customer engagements, they will help you gain insight and experience to ensure the solution being delivered is fit for purpose through referencing the initial business goals and objectives, demonstrating commercial and scope awareness, and understanding the wider technical landscape and how it relates to/integrates with customer environments.

• Your manager, mentor, and peers will help you gain access to other important internal stakeholders to help you establish your network of contacts across different Omnissa business units to make you successful.

• Within your first three months, you will be expected to take full ownership of business outcomes, lead technical project teams, and take accountability for all project deliverables—further developing your leadership, technical, and business process skills.

• Following onboarding, you will transition into one or many customer engagements, depending on business need. As an Omnissa Professional Services Senior Architect, you will lead the implementation and adoption activities of Omnissa Workspace ONE solutions for our customers. By combining your unique leadership skills with your technical acumen, you will lead our customers to achieving their business goals. You won’t do it alone: You will always have the help of your team as you progress and develop your skills.

• You will use your in-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products to become a trusted advisor to your customers and colleagues. Your passion for technology makes you uniquely capable of earning and maintaining subject-matter expertise in the innovative field of end-user computing. What will you bring to Omnissa?

• This is a consulting position where you will be using technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills. You will work directly with our customers and other Omnissa employees on the day-to-day activities involved with the post-sales implementation of Omnissa Workspace ONE. You will articulate solution designs, integrating both technical and business concepts, and present a transformational journey to project stakeholders. Your goal is to lead the customers through their journey to successfully adopt our platforms for their end users. You will manage customer expectations and work with Project Managers to create project plans with realistic workstream timelines.

• You will interact with various customers’ teams, from technical engineers and system administrators to business leaders and executives. Those teams often don’t work so closely together, and it’s on you to help them come together. You will communicate effectively to all audiences—this is key to the success of your projects.

• We can’t improve without continuously evolving our methodologies, tools, and services. We will count on you to challenge existing delivery processes and identify customer trends in end-user computing to assist in developing go-to-market strategies and new or revised services offerings.

• You will be successful even faster if you have knowledge of other adjacent technologies such as Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune and SCCM, Okta, EntraID, as well as in depth knowledge of operating systems management for Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, and Android. Location: United States Location Type: REMOTE / HYBRID for Atlanta residents Travel Expectations: As needed depending on customer demand. Usually, we experience low travel needs (less than 3 times per quarter). Most travel will be two to four days out of the week. Education: Technology related 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. The typical base salary for this role is between USD $160,000 – $200,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors. In addition to competitive compensation, Omnissa offers a variety of benefits such as employee ownership, health insurance, 401k with matching contributions, disability insurance, paid-time off, growth opportunities, and more.
