Location: Sibiu/Bucharest
To Be Successful You Will Need to Have: Bachelor's Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered);Fluent in French and English language (reading/writing/speaking);Sales experience is mandatory, minimum 2 years experience;Experience with acquisition customer and key accounts management is preferred;Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred;Knowledge of IT industry preferred;Exceptional verbal and written communications skills;Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter;Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilitie;Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask;Problem solving and analytical skills;Customer / Client facing experience would be handy.The job includes: Identifying and Qualifying Opportunities;Preparing and managing end to end customer proposals including pricing activities;Closing the deal;Continuously covering existing customer relations and acquiring new customers;Point of contact for account/ leads and business partners alike;Day to day account management in driving account revenue and profit by proactive back and front office support duties;Logging of calls and action/managing items from calls (follow up);Working with account /leads to effectively manage sales opportunities and forecasting;Liaising with sales support teams and resolving customer issues;Escalation of sales issues effectively to sales team and management;Liaising with Business Partners and Field Sales Account Managers for day to day order management and escalation to order desk;Assist with quarterly sales campaigning within account set;Closing sales opportunities;Identifying new opportunities within Business Partners and assigned customers.
