We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director, Project Program Management to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the delivery of AI projects, working closely with matrixed business SMEs and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development (personas, agents, automations), data management, and business testing AI solutions, with the ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. Additionally, this role will be key in helping business partners identify the art of the possible when it comes to AI.Key Responsibilities:Gather Requirements, develop AI solutions (Persona's, Agents, Automations) that meet aggressive business goals and objectivesMeet project plan deliverables, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependenciesOversee business testing to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of AI solutionsAct as a liaison with the DDAT team to ensure alignment and integrationCollaborate with matrixed business SMEs and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of AI projectsMentor and share AI development knowledge and best practices with other team membersMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions in production and embrace continuous improvement solutionsIdentify the Art of the PossibleWork closely with business partners to explore and identify innovative AI opportunitiesProvide insights and recommendations on how AI can be leveraged to achieve business objectivesStay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to inform business partners of new possibilitiesKeep up to date on new AI development tools and technologies to provide the best possible solutionsQualifications10-15 years' work experience in AI and automation solution delivery combinedUnderstanding of AI persona development and implementationAbility to work effectively in a matrixed environmentAdept at execution and delivery of technical solutions(planning, delivering, and supporting skills)Adept at collaboration and teamworkExperience with Microsoft Copilot StudioMastery of problem solving and decision making skillsMastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skillsPreferred SkillsExperience creating Microsoft Copilot agents and flows that can utilize power tools for automation solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Admin Studio)Experience with Python, API's , and JSON is a plusExperience with project management tools and methodologiesUnderstanding of change management principles and practicesFamiliarity with DDAT frameworks and methodologiesAbility to manage multiple prioritiesEducation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferredPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
