BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver expert one-on-one care to high-acuity clients in their homes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. As a Critical Care Lead Nurse, you'll be part of our elite response team - opening cases, filling urgent needs and guiding others with confidence and compassion. What You'll Earn
$50/hour Weekly pay Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision)
What You'll Work
Full-time or part-time (minimum two consistent scheduled shifts/week) 12-hour day and night shifts available 2 weekend shifts/month required
What You Need
Active RN license in the state of New York Graduation from an accredited nursing program 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred) Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx Flexibility, resilience and initiative - this role is for nurses who thrive on variety and challenge
