Job Description 1. Supplier Management: - Maintain good communication with existing suppliers to ensure stable material supply. - Regularly review supplier stocking and order procedures to ensure effective control of raw material management. 2. Purchase Order Processing: - Plan material requirements and issue purchase orders accordingly. - Track order status to ensure timely delivery of materials. - Execute the process for canceling excess orders. 3. Material Quality Control: - Collaborate with the quality department to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards. - Handle material anomalies, work with the quality assurance unit, and negotiate solutions with suppliers. 4. Inventory Management: - Assist in inventory management to ensure appropriate material stock levels. - Analyze inventory data and provide suggestions for inventory optimization.
