About this role
• Collect, process and keep track of internal and external data from industry reports, public information or purchased sources • Analyze data gathered and develop conclusions/recommendations • Prepare reports summarizing HR analysis and recommendations on people which might impact business, financial, or legal decisions for review by executives, managers and other stakeholders outlining recommendations • Has accountability for the performance and results of medium-sized teams and trains team members and/or has working knowledge and experience in own discipline, uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems and receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
