An Industry Leader With a Heart as Big as Its Ambition and Innovation At Victaulic, we're committed to constructing a better world for and with our people. Let's Build a Better World Together. Our commitment to our people is built on four pillars:

• We build from within.

• We stand behind our people.

• We foster an environment for constant learning.

• We engineer change for a more stable and sustainable world. YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE We're seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex, multi-contract projects for our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) accounts, one of Victaulic's key strategic growth markets. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of EPC projects from bid support and contract award through procurement, fabrication, construction support, commissioning, and closeout, keeping each project aligned with contract requirements and business objectives. You'll also be responsible for project forecasting and demand planning, serving as the single point of accountability across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Virtual Design & Construction, Product Management, and Customer Care, while working directly with EPC contractors, owners, engineers, and suppliers. The preferred candidate holds a Project Management Professional (PMP or equivalent) certification and has a proven record of leading fast-paced, cross-functional teams within an EPC environment. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of EPC projects, meeting contract, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements and ensuring full customer satisfaction.

• Work with EPC contractors, owners, engineers, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, execution strategy, and deliverables, and set priorities across complex multi-contract EPC projects.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional teams, aligning priorities, procurement and delivery timelines, and resource plans to support EPC project milestones.

• Support sales initiatives targeting EPC accounts, developing and executing account and project strategies that capture revenue growth objectives, from initial sales opportunity and evaluation, including scope definition, technical and commercial clarifications, cost estimates, and negotiation of commercial terms with EPC customers.

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent EPC projects, balancing priorities and resources across projects to meet contractual milestones and delivery dates.

• Lead proactive risk management across EPC projects; identify, quantify, communicate, and mitigate technical, commercial, schedule, and supply risks, and develop contingency plans.

• Promptly escalate issues that could affect project cost, schedule, or contractual commitments to senior leadership, with clear recommendations.

• Lead the project team in tracking deliverables, milestones, and long-lead items, and report status versus the baseline plan.

• Organize and chair project coordination meetings that align requirements and monitor progress across EPC contractors, engineers, designers, suppliers, fabricators, and construction teams, resolving conflicts and driving decisions.

• Lead internal and external project communication, including executive-level reporting, client and EPC contractor presentations, and written progress reports.

• Oversee engineering, design, schedule, and cost matters across projects, and lead change management, including change orders, scope control, and claims avoidance.

• Own project cost control; review cost and variance reports against budget and forecast, determine root causes, and direct corrective actions and the disposition of variances.

• Lead negotiations and discussions with internal staff, EPC contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, and suppliers to meet project objectives and contract terms efficiently.

• Oversee vendor data, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and technical clarifications in line with EPC project procedures, and ensure the quality and completeness of project records.

• Lead project turnover and closeout (e.g., as-builts, O&M manuals, warranty handover, and mechanical completion and commissioning support), and drive resolution of outstanding punch list items and deficiencies.

• Develop and own key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor EPC project performance, delivery, and profitability, and report results to management and other stakeholders.

• Authorize project expenditures (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims) within delegated authority.

• Define, apply, and continuously improve project management and project controls best practices, tools, and templates across the team, and ensure adherence to organizational and EPC customer standards.

• Maintain awareness of advances in project management, engineering, procurement, and construction, and exchange ideas on improved processes, designs, products, execution methods, and techniques with internal and external counterparts.

• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 8-10 years of EPC project management experience (e.g., infrastructure, power, oil & gas, chemical, mining, data centers), with proven capability in defining project requirements and execution plans, estimating costs, leading bid and contract award processes, and managing projects from planning through engineering, procurement, construction, and closeout.

• Expert knowledge of project management principles, specifically PMI's five process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closeout), as applied to EPC project delivery.

• Proven experience managing conflicting priorities of scope, schedule, cost, and quality on large, high-value EPC projects.

• Strong business acumen, including project cost accounting, cost estimating, and forecasting for capital projects.

• In-depth knowledge of EPC commercial contracting methods (e.g., lump sum, reimbursable, and unit price contracts), contract management, construction methods, codes and standards, quality assurance, and health & safety.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

• Demonstrated ability as a team leader to manage the interrelationships of internal groups and external parties (owners, EPC contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers) and ensure projects satisfy stakeholder requirements.

• Track record of leading highly complex, multi-contract, multi-stakeholder EPC projects with demanding schedule constraints.

• Ability to manage a portfolio of approximately five or more concurrent EPC projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), with practical experience applying them to EPC project execution.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including with executive-level audiences and EPC customer leadership.

• Advanced proficiency in project management and project controls tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Autodesk Forma, Procore) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

• Advanced competence in critical path method (CPM), baseline management, schedule risk analysis, and delay analysis.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to project sites, EPC contractor offices, and client locations. WHAT SETS YOU APART

• Master's degree (MBA or related field).

• Project Management certification (PMP strongly preferred; PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication, logistics, and supply chain, including long-lead procurement and expediting.

• Familiarity with project management Lean principles and methods, Six Sigma, or other continuous process improvement approaches applied to project delivery.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, demanding EPC project environment.

• Experience implementing and using artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to enhance project efficiency and project controls.

• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and progress measurement for EPC projects. WHAT WE OFFER Build A Better Career
