• No prior recruitment experience is required, but a target-driven mindset and a passion for success are essential • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar high-energy roles is a plus but not necessary • Strong communications skills (phone + written) A DBS check (fully covered by us) will be conducted before you join.
