This role suits competitive individuals who thrive in KPI-heavy environments and enjoy high activity levels. You will:
• Make high-volume calls • Engage candidates confidently • Present the role clearly and build enthusiasm • Identify high-potential applicants • Keep candidates progressing through the process • Hit daily and weekly KPIs • Support team goals with consistency and pace What You Need
• Strong phone skills • 2 years contact centre experience is a plus • Competitive, ambitious and results-driven • Comfortable working with KPIs • Clear communication (English) • Experience in sales, customer service or high-volume call centres is a plus • DBS check required (covered by Verisure) Who This Role Is For
