Job Description:
Career: Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
General Objective: Ensure successful process and product validation of Milwaukee Tools through advanced quality engineering skills.
Knowledge and experience:
• More than 3 years of experience in New Product Development processes and transfer projects, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
• Technical conversation English level.
• Expertise in RCA methods as 8D and A3.
• Previous relevant experience with statistic data analysis and softwar (Minitab and Power Bi).
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Core Tools usage (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP).
• Experience with test plans development.
• Advanced experience in mechanical and electronics subjects.
• Ability for making decision based on data and proper risk assessment.
• Ability to travel 25% of time (international).
Activities:
• Handle full quality validation process of complex and urgent transfer projects.
• Develop and validate key quality documents to ensure proper readiness of the projects (CP, QRS, etc).
• Lead teams for RCA of issues happened during QB using advanced skills of problem-solving methods.
• Communicate and escalate in a proper war any risk associated with quality issues during any project stage.
• Participate in continuous improvement and QMS topics.
