We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sr Supervisor Demand Planning to optimize production flow, balance demand with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery to our customers.
What You'll Do
• Develop and manage master production schedules aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity. • Drive demand normalization and production balancing decisions to maximize operational efficiency. • Create, maintain, and monitor weekly production plans and long-term manufacturing schedules. • Ensure material availability through effective planning and coordination with purchasing, operations, and supply chain teams. • Monitor daily production performance and proactively address plan deviations. • Manage purchase orders, invoicing activities, and shipment coordination to support uninterrupted operations. • Leverage MPS, MRP, and ERP systems to optimize planning accuracy and execution. • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve service, quality, and productivity goals.
What We're Looking For ✅ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. ✅ Advanced English proficiency. ✅ Experience with:
• Master Production Scheduling (MPS) • Material Requirements Planning (MRP) • ERP systems • Production planning and capacity management • Demand forecasting and inventory control Key Skills:
