The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with company policies and regulations. This position includes preparing financial reports, analyzing performance, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.</span></div> Your Responsibilities <ul><li><p>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</p></li><li><p>Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making</p></li><li><p>Monitor and control company budgets, expenses, and cost efficiency</p></li><li><p>Manage reporting for multiple entities within the group (Serbia, Germany, Italy, Croatia)</p></li><li><p>Support audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations</p></li><li><p>Prepare cash flow projections and monitor liquidity</p></li><li><p>Participate in continuous process improvements and automation of reporting</p></li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics</p></li><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in a controlling or financial reporting role</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS preferred)</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and ability to work independently</p></li></ul> Why Join Wyss&Lila? <div style="text-align:justify;">Because this is more than just a job - it’s your chance to shape how the world sees the future of mobility.
