B. Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz, Qualitätsmanagement) und Stellvertretung der Abteilungsleitung</li><li>Weiterentwicklung, Pflege und Wirksamkeitsbewertung des QM-Systems als Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter </li><li>Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung interner Audits; Steuerung externer Audits; inkl. Maßnahmenmanagement</li><li>Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Arbeitsschutzanforderungen gemäß ArbSchG, DGUV, Betriebssicherheitsverordnung und einschlägigen Normen</li><li>Sicherstellung der Konformität von Produkten/Anlagen gemäß relevanten EU-Richtlinien und -Verordnungen</li><li>Steuerung der Erstellung, Pflege und Versionierung von technischen Dokumenten</li><li>Koordination von Legal- und Compliance-Themen mit externen Partnern </li><li>Beratung von Führungskräften zu HSQE-Regularien und Best Practices; Vorbereitung von Richtlinien</li></ul> Ihr Profil <ul style="border:0px;background:rgb(255,255,255);margin:2em 0px;padding:0px 0px 0px 2em;color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:DINPro, sans-serif;font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-align:left;text-transform:none;"><li>Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation</li><li>Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HSQE-/QM-Umfeld eines Industrieunternehmens, idealerweise Maschinenbau</li><li>Kenntnisse als CE-Beauftragter für Konformitätsbewertung und Risikobeurteilung </li><li>Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse</li><li>Überzeugende, kooperative Führungspersönlichkeit und Umsetzungsstärke</li><li>Wünschenswert:<ul><li>Zertifizierungen als QMB/Auditor (ISO 9001)</li><li>Erfahrung in Arbeitssicherheit/Umweltschutz</li><li>Erfahrung in technischer Dokumentation</li><li>Erste Führungserfahrung oder stellv.
