The Hotel Lifestyle boutique hotel The Collector is a basecamp for travelers. For the curious minds and explorers who use their senses to gather experiences and share their stories. Take a look at the wonderful architecture mix of our courtyard with monumental facades, the eclectic design of our rooms, our collection of high and low-brow art, our specialty coffee and snacks - together they form a fascinating collection that represents who we are.<br>The Collector therefore offers more than just comfort, style and hospitality - it is a place that invites and encourages you to share.<br>We are looking for an early bird who is motivated to ensure the greatest start of the day for our guests as a <strong>Breakfast Chef - PT </strong>in the weekends<strong>.</strong><br><strong>Which means…</strong><br><ul><li>Hospitality is part of who you are</li><li>You are a morning person whose culinary juices start flowing at 6:30 AM</li><li>You are responsible for preparing tasteful dishes with great passion and undeniable creativity</li><li>You will be operating and contributing to an environment in which new and delicious combinations of tastes are assembled</li><li>You are responsible for ensuring that deliveries and orders are coming and going as needed</li></ul> Your Day <strong>Who we’re looking for to add to our collection</strong><br>You are service minded personality with a strong sense of responsibility<br><ul><li>You are team player who also enjoys working independently</li><li>You are available to work during weekends</li></ul> You are <strong>Your papers tell the rest</strong><br><ul><li>You have at least 1-year experience within a kitchen team</li><li>You have knowledge of all latest HACCP and safety procedures</li><li>You are fluent in English or Dutch.
