Purpose of the job The IT Delivery Manager ensures that SkyTeam products and changes are planned, delivered, and run smoothly, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This hybrid role balances hands-on delivery inside the product team (supporting the PO, managing sprint and release schedules, tracking budget, and keeping members informed) with alliance-wide IT delivery governance (vendor coordination, release management, operational stability, and adoption).The role requires an exceptional communicator and organizer who can navigate a complex, multicultural stakeholder landscape—including member airlines, technical teams, business leaders, and external vendors—turning strategic roadmaps into predictable, high-value delivery.
