Your goal AI is reshaping the way Marktlink works and you're one of the people building that future. As an AI Engineer, you design and develop solutions that make M&A professionals faster, smarter and better informed: from intelligent agents that automate recurring tasks to systems that put the right knowledge in front of the right person at the right moment. You own your projects from first idea to live deployment, and you see the impact land directly inside the business. Your responsibilities Build multi-agent systems that communicate with users and connect to internal systems; Work on AI projects end to end, from brainstorming features and building the business case to developing, testing, deploying and continuously improving the solution. Develop RAG pipelines with vector embeddings to make our knowledge and data safely accessible; Translate business needs into concrete technical solutions and align on priorities with your team and stakeholders; Choose the right technical approach per challenge; Make AI output measurable: build test sets and evaluate for accuracy, hallucinations, cost and latency; Bring solutions to production and keep them reliable, secure and maintainable; Track adoption, gather feedback and iterate based on real results; Stay sharp on new developments in AI and bring relevant ideas back to the team.
