Let’s shoot for the stars: As Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our properties in Mannheim and the surrounding region, you will own and shape end-to-end operational performance. Based directly in our Limehome in Mannheim, this is a highly versatile, hands-on role for a pragmatic operations professional who enjoys being close to the product, managing local service providers, and acting as the trusted local face of Limehome. How you’ll be hosting with heart: Operational ownership: Ensure smooth daily operations across our multi-site portfolio by closely coordinating with local teams, service providers, and property managers, supported by regular on-site visits. Process & KPI drive: You ensure all properties meet Limehome’s quality standards and monitor KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to drive operational performance and profitability. Pre-opening & go-live: You take part in the pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, ensuring operational readiness and seamless handovers. Supplier & Partner management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc.), ensuring service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. Problem-solving & adaptability: Act quickly and pragmatically in dynamic situations, creating or adapting processes on demand and navigating complex operational and stakeholder environments. Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with our international Operations team and internal stakeholders (Guest Experience, Project Development, Expansion, etc.) to improve performance, scalability, and guest experience across markets.
