Then we are looking to recruit you as a full-time Manager - Equipment Repair Centre (m/f/x) Abuja, Port Harcourt, Nigeria As Manager of an Equipment Repair Centre within our Plant & Equipment Department (PED), you will play a key role in an innovative and dynamic company. You will be responsible for multiple workshops at one of our major locations, lead and develop a dedicated team, optimize operational processes, and ensure that our machines are consistently maintained in top technical condition - leveraging your technical expertise and passion for machinery. Your Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Coordination : You will manage a motivated team of 50–300 employee, Workshop Supervisors as well as technical staff across multiple workshops Technical Expertise : You will oversee maintenance, repair, and inspection activities across a broad range of plant, construction, and support equipment, ensuring consistent technical standards and high-quality execution throughout workshop operations. Process Optimization : You will develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance workshop performance Customer Liaison : You will coordinate with customers, field service, and your team to deliver quick and accurate solutions Safety & Quality Management : You will ensure the highest safety standards and maintain the quality of machines at all times What can we offer you?
