About this role
The role is office based and is to cover both the night shifts or day shifts with a three days on and three days off working rotation. Responsibilities: Deliver bespoke concierge and travel services, from fine dining and event bookings to luxury travel arrangements (flights, hotels, villas, yachts, private jets, and beyond). Anticipate and fulfill client requests with discretion, efficiency, and creativity, from everyday needs to once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and requests, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up. Build and maintain relationships with international partners and suppliers, negotiating the best terms for our clients. Provide insightful recommendations and tailored solutions through thorough research and industry expertise. Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to team knowledge sharing, training, and cross-functional support. Uphold Insignia’s premium service standards in a fast-paced, structured environment.
