About this role
Handle IGM filing and related documentation in compliance with SCMTR requirements. Prepare, verify, and upload shipping and freight documents through ODEX and other carrier-specific software platforms. Handle VGM (Verified Gross Mass) filing and Form 13 issuance as per applicable operational requirements. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, CFS teams, and other stakeholders for smooth cargo movement. Monitor and supervise container stuffing activities at JNPT Container Freight Stations (CFSs). Maintain accurate records of shipments, filings, and related operational activities. Ensure compliance with applicable shipping, customs, port, and company procedures. Prepare operational reports and update shipment details using MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient day-to-day operations at JNPT.
