Please note that we will only consider candidates currently based in Spain. “““ The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact IT initiatives in international industrial and manufacturing environments. You will take end-to-end ownership of projects , working across business, IT, vendors and international teams to turn complex initiatives into structured, successful delivery. This is a hands-on Project Management role for someone who combines strong delivery discipline with a consulting mindset: comfortable driving decisions, engaging senior stakeholders and bringing clarity to complex environments. What You Will Do Lead IT projects end-to-end , from initiation and planning through deployment, transition to BAU and closure Own scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes Establish effective project governance , including planning, financial tracking, RAID and management reporting Lead application and system integration initiatives , including testing, deployment and operational handover Anticipate issues, manage escalations and drive decisions with clear options and recommendations Lead cross-functional and distributed/offshore teams and vendors, working effectively across cultures and geographies Work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders, facilitating workshops and providing clear, decision-oriented communication What Success Looks Like You bring structure and momentum to complex IT delivery . Projects are under control, risks and dependencies are visible, decisions happen at the right time, and teams and vendors have clear accountability. Just as importantly, you are comfortable operating as a trusted counterpart to senior stakeholders , combining strong IT Project Management with consulting capability and industrial understanding.
