About this role
Are you an artist who loves inspiring young minds, building relationships and bringing creative ideas to life?
At art-K, we believe art is about more than what ends up on the page. It’s about building confidence, nurturing creativity and helping children discover what they’re capable of.
We’re looking to connect with talented artists and educators interested in future Branch Manager & Art Teacher opportunities across the South West of England.
What will you be doing?
Inspire young artists: Deliver engaging art classes across a variety of media, helping children develop their skills and confidence.
Build your creative community: Connect with families, schools and local businesses to grow your studio and welcome new students.
Lead your team: Motivate and develop Art Teachers and Art Assistants, creating a positive and inspiring studio environment.
Make your mark: Take ownership of studio operations, parent relationships and business growth, with support from our central team.
What are we looking for?
An art degree or equivalent practical experience, a strong artistic skill set and experience working with children. You’ll also bring initiative, excellent communication skills and the enthusiasm to combine creativity with leadership and business development.
Why art-K?
With over 8,500 students attending our classes every week, you’ll join a growing creative community with personalised training, mentoring, structured salary reviews and clear opportunities for career progression. After five years, you could even have the opportunity to launch your own art-K franchise with zero upfront franchise fees, subject to Director approval.
Ready to make your mark?
If you’re passionate about art, love helping children flourish and want to build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
