Winning Wheels is located in Prophetstown, Il, and we are an 88 bed non-profit rehabilitation facility for young adults designed for those diagnosed with Spinal Cord and Traumatic Brain Injuries as well as other neurological impairments.
Winning Wheels is hiring for an MDS Nurse
Duties include:
MDS Coding Assessments (quarterly, annual and new admits) Write restorative programs Supervise Restorative staff (8 staff) Oversee braces Rotating on-call and assisting with open shifts RAC Certification preferred
