About this role
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the maintenance, repair, inspection, and preparation of race vehicles and support equipment.
• Perform vehicle servicing, diagnostics, component installation, and race-ready inspections.
• Support race operations, including vehicle setup, pit support, race-day activities, and repairs.
• Load, transport, organize, and maintain vehicles, trailers, tools, parts, and equipment.
• Manage parts and equipment inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Travel to races, testing sessions, and promotional events as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of automotive, motorsports, fabrication, diesel, or related mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of race vehicles, suspension systems, drivetrains, fabrication, welding, or inventory management preferred.
Travel Requirement: This position requires extensive travel and an on-site presence throughout the duration of assigned projects.
