About this role
We’re hiring an HVAC Residential Project Manager to conduct in-home consultations, evaluate heating and cooling needs, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend customized HVAC solutions
• 2+ years of residential HVAC sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits:
• $60,000–$100,000+ annually (Uncapped commission)
