Build your clinical career without having to build a practice.
TMH Behavioral Services is seeking master's-level behavioral health clinicians who are working toward independent clinical licensure and want to strengthen their psychotherapy skills while receiving consistent clinical supervision and organizational support.
This role provides something many early-career clinicians are looking for: a full-time salary, an established caseload, required clinical supervision at no additional cost, and the opportunity to grow toward independent licensure.
TMH provides the infrastructure. You focus on becoming a strong clinician.
What makes this role different
• $62,000-$70,000 salaried compensation
• 25 completed clinical sessions per week
• Weekly clinical supervision
• Required supervision toward independent licensure provided at no additional cost
• No repayment or stay agreement tied to supervision
• Established caseload and ongoing referrals
• Autonomy to manage your clinical schedule
• Primarily daytime appointments
• No routine evening or weekend requirements
• No marketing or client recruitment
• No insurance verification
• No credentialing responsibilities
• No billing or collections
• No on-call responsibilities
• No crisis assessment responsibilities
• No IM+CANS
• Clinical and administrative support from an established behavioral health organization
Your salary is not reduced because an individual client cancels or refuses a scheduled session. TMH maintains the referral pipeline and works to keep clinicians' caseloads active.
A pathway toward independent licensure
Pre-licensed clinicians are assigned to one of TMH's clinical teams and receive weekly supervision from independently licensed clinical supervisors.
TMH provides the required clinical supervision for eligible clinicians working toward independent licensure.
Clinicians who obtain their independent clinical license while employed at TMH become eligible for consideration within TMH's independently licensed clinician salary range.
