1st Shift | $27–$32/hour depending on experience| Haas CNC Mills | Brand-New Facility
REXA is growing and looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist / Setup Machinist to join our 1st shift team in Middleborough, MA.
We recently moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and are looking for a skilled machinist who takes pride in precision work and can work independently.
This is a hands-on setup and machining position working with Haas CNC mills in a high-mix, low- to medium-volume environment.
What You Will Do:
• Set up and operate Haas CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and setup sheets
• Select tooling, fixtures, and workholding
• Set tool and work offsets
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment
• Monitor tool wear and make adjustments
• Make minor program edits, including speeds, feeds, and offsets
• Troubleshoot tooling, dimensional, and machining issues
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We Are Looking For:
• 3+ years of CNC milling setup and operating experience
• Haas experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and shop math skills
• Working knowledge of GD&T and machining tolerances
• Experience with precision measuring equipment
• Knowledge of tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

1st Shift only, 40 hours guaranteed. Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM
