About this role
Who We Are Our purpose is simple: Touching Lives. Our values guide how we work with patients and with each other:
• Local: committed to the communities we serve
• Service: for our patients and for each other
• Excellence: striving to be better tomorrow than we are today
We promise our patients individualized, hands-on care so they can live their best life. We make the same commitment to our team.
A Day in the Life You see your patients one-on-one, with the time to evaluate well, treat with your hands and minds, and build a plan that fits the person in front of you. You have the clinical autonomy to treat like the doctor you trained to be. You also have a team to lean on when you want a second opinion. Our West Bend clinic offers both physical therapy and occupational therapy services.

• Build and deliver individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Provide hands-on treatment, exercise instruction, and education
• Partner with patients, families, and our multidisciplinary team

• Wisconsin PT license, or eligibility for one
• A heart for service and a team-first mindset
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
• Experience is welcome, and so are new graduates who share our mission
