Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll manage a high volume of incoming calls, coordinate with service technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Excellence: Answering incoming calls promptly, providing helpful information, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
• Communication Skills: Speak clearly and professionally to customers, service technicians, and team members – especially in stressful or time-sensitive situations.
• Multitasking & Coordination: Schedule and track multiple technicians, manage customer requests, and follow up on pending issues, all while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Problem-Solving: Prioritize urgent matters and think quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Accurate Documentation: Enter and maintain accurate information in online portals to ensure smooth operations.
• Dependability: Demonstrate consistency and reliability in fulfilling your duties.
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Preferred experience with Service Titan

Schedule:
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• 8-hour shifts
• Regular working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
Compensation:
• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
