One on one private duty nursing shift careAdminister medications and treatments according to a prescribed regimenMonitor client’s condition, including efficacy of treatment and medicationsNotify supervisor of changes in client’s conditionTeach the client, family and PCG appropriate self-care techniquesDocument accurately and submit timely nursing notes, according to agency standards.Participate in Continuing Education Programs Must possess valid current nursing license under the State Board of NursingMust be of mature and responsible characterMust possess general knowledge of disease process and medication actionMust possess knowledge of necessary actions in emergency situationsMust be able to effectively communicate with the client, family, PCG, and their nursing supervisor.Must be in good physical and mental health.Must complete the agency’s employment process.
