Must follow all MN State Driving Laws Arrive timely and prepared for workdayOperate a cargo van less than 10,001 GVWRDeliver 180 - 220 stops per dayWalk 15,000+ steps daily Lift 50 lbs on a regular basisBend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, stair-climbMUST be comfortable driving in all kinds of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold)Deliver all assigned packages to customers and businesses in a timely and safe mannerFollow Post & Parcel safety standards and compliance requirements both on the road and at the delivery stationProvide professional and positive interactions with customers and the public Use company-provided handheld technology to manage the delivery processAbility to problem solve on-the-goBenefits

Must be at least 21+ years old
Must have a valid driver's license
Must work at least 1 weekend each week
Must be willing and able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less
Must be able to lift boxes and packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Must consent to a background check and drug screen
Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers
