About this role
Responsibilities:
Install and configure computer hardware, software operating system & tools, network, printer, scanner, other related device; perform regular maintenance.Investigate, diagnose, and solve problem on software, hardware, as well as network.Conduct remote/visit maintenance for all installed locker system. Support and provide solutions to locker user.Perform improvement / change locker components when needed.Coordinating with 3rd party vendor for locker maintenance, loading-unloading, relocation, etc.Support in setting / installing computer system in office. Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineer.At least 1 year of working experience in the same field.Understand concept of network, software, hardware/PLC (Proggramable Logic Controller), and IT Support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to communicate well in English (spoken and written).Detail and result oriented.Excellent analytical skill.
