About this role
Responsibilities:
Develop promotional plans according to the Monetization strategy to reach monthly & quarterly KPI’s
Constant tracking of our KPI’s delivering creative solutions for meeting our goals & beyond
Monitor & analyze every campaign providing business insights & conclusions
Matrix management of the Monetization Creative & LiveOps Tech teams
Work closely with Economy & BA teams to create data-driven player journeys, constantly improving performance & player’s gaming experience
Requirements:
2+ Years as a Monetization / CRM manager or Product Monetization in an online gaming company
A team player with a “can do” positive approach- Amazing interpersonal skills & a people person by nature. Know how to harness other people to reach his own goals
Strong sense of responsibility & professionalism
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interest in gaming. High level understanding of player’s experience through product & economy.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Economy, Industrial Engineering & Business Management- Huge advantage
