The Ideal Night Manager will:
Have previous experience working as a Night Manager or Duty Manger in a similar life style propertyThe ability to manage in a collaborative way to motivate and develop other team members Have positive and proactive manner with an eye for detailBe a problem solver Have excellent personal presentation and communication particularly listening skillsHave a commitment to the Mandrake’s Core Values and Vision and what we delivering.As part of our team you will be able to enjoy:
