Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/n) to take ownership of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products or a critical product line. This is a Group-level opportunity with a tangible impact on product direction, business decisions, and strategic initiatives spanning multiple markets and business areas.
In this role, you will connect customer, technology, and business perspectives. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to establish a shared direction and translate product strategy into measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision, goals, roadmap and KPIs in collaboration with key stakeholdersBuild, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and feasibilityWork closely with engineers and designers during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure alignmentConduct user research and analyze data to validate product decisionsCoordinate go-to-market activities with marketing, operations, and support teamsMonitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and measurable resultsFacilitate strong cross-functional communication and alignmentEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations Requirements (Must have)
3+ years of relevant professional experience in FinTech, e-commerce, financial services, or a related technology-driven industryProven track record of successfully launching and managing productsStrong understanding of product management principles and methodologiesExperience with data analysis tools and techniquesExperience working in Agile and/or Lean environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFluent English and PolishHands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGTP) in product work such as research, analysis, or prototyping, with the judgment to critically evaluate their outputs Nice to have
