Proactive, results-driven Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of project management experience to oversee ongoing global projects in a manufacturing and product assembly environment.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders in Puerto Rico and globallyProactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring project objectives are met.Support process automation initiatives and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience.Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively resolve issues.Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience monitoring project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and overall performance.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.Availability to work on-site.Previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the medical device industry.Experience supporting manufacturing, product assembly, or process automation projects.Experience coordinating global projects involving geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
