About this role
The main responsibilities are:
•Implement evolutions (Settings) in Clarity on the sandbox environment to propose, following an iterative approach, evolutions to the countries (test & learn)
•Co-lead project management (Quality, Cost, deadline)
•Ensure evolution projects throughout the different phases: effort estimation, technical solution design, requirements, development, deployment, testing, and validation
•Ensure thorough control and tracking of progress at every stage, while meeting deadlines and project objectives
•Actively contribute to platform improvements, process optimization, and automation initiatives
•Coordinate cross-functional platform projects and oversee high-impact tasks affecting both the application and its clients
•Cross-functional actions: communication & documentation
•English level B2 or higher
•French level B1 (nice to have)
•Good knowledge of CA Clarity-Kairos (nice to have)
•Jira, Octane
•Minimum 1 year of experience in IT project management
•Motivated to learn, grow, and add value to the team and project
•Administrative management, Business/IT relationship, Agile Scale
•Detail-oriented person w
•Client orientation, teamwork and collaboration skills
•Experience in continuous service and improvement projects
•Excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
•Ability to coordinate projects across teams and manage cross-functional initiatives
