We are currently seeking a full time Insurance Coordinator!
Responsibilities
Ensure that all required client documentation is present in the fileEnsure appropriate authorizations are receivedCollect information as requested by the insurance policy and maintain the fileGather and document all correspondence with the insurance companiesMaintain a list of individual contacts at the insurance companiesTrack termination of previous policies and effective dates of new insurancesEnsure timely completion and delivery of face sheet to billing departmentWork with our client companies to obtain necessary information and resolve problems High School Diploma or GED required2 years of intake/insurance experience strongly preferredMust have positive attitude and strong attention to detailBenefits
