About this role
An ideal candidate would be a hands-on developer (Java,Python preferred) with full-fledged testing mindset. The role entitles to engage with large-scale distributed systems hence Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPS, Design Patterns along with Test automation framework design and development.
Lead/contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems in quality and development.Design and build the advanced automated testing framework, tools and automated test suites, in Python (pytest), Shell, Java (TestNG/JUnit), Linux.Good knowledge of test methodologies, creating test cases and test plans and work knowledge in data replication, data processing, and data protection.Strong work experience in cost-based query optimization, join planning, and query access paths and database internals, query optimization and QE workflows.Build, enhance and maintain automation frameworks for scalability, stability, and performance.Define the optimum suites for sanity, regression, smoke, deployment verification etc., and advanced aspects of system testing automation.
