About this role
Our Client is 92 years Young and was living independently until Recently, . Her mobility has declined since being in hospital and her daughters are very surprised to find how much support their mother needs. She is now thought to have had a stroke or mini-stroke and they have discovered she has lost her vision on her left side. She is currently not really eating very much but is drinking fluids. A four wheeled walker is arriving and a wheelchair is available for outdoors.
Main live-in duties will be:
Flannel strip washAssisting to toilet – passing toilet roll / adjusting clothingHair washDrink / food prep (minimal food prep as one of the daughters will take care of that when they are there – which will be often – they have upstairs use).£35pw food allowance for Live-inWater plants – using watering can/bucket as currently a hose pipe banLight cleaning / tidying / straightening up Previous care experience is required
